Founded in 2019 by Claude Neeley, Neeley Delivery Services (NDS) began as a small, determined operation focused on the often-overlooked last-mile logistics sector. Shortly thereafter, when the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted traditional supply chains, Claude’s commitment to providing reliable, customer-first service helped NDS persevere during unprecedented challenges. By maintaining rigorous standards and nurturing strong client relationships, NDS established itself as a trusted resource for on-time, white-glove delivery services—particularly for large-volume furniture retailers and local logistics partners.

As the company grew, NDS secured two INTAP grants from the State of Indiana, using them to develop and refine logistics technology systems: a Delivery Tracking System (DTS) and a Fleet Management System (FMS). These web-based tools have transformed daily operations, enabling real-time route optimization, seamless communication, and comprehensive oversight of drivers and deliveries.

Today, Neeley Delivery Services has expanded beyond its Midwestern roots to serve broader regions, leveraging its technology platform and deep experience in white-glove logistics.
